The menu at Himali Bistro is a delightful mix of exciting flavors that are synonymous with the Himalayan area. While diners may recognize familiar spices commonly found in Indian cuisine , we encourage you to pay special attention to the robust taste of timur which comes from the Sichuan peppercorn as well as the distinctive flavor of mustard.
