ABOUT US

The fusion of these diverse influences results in a truly unique and delicious blend of tastes. When dining at Himali Bistro one can expect to embark on a flavorful journey through the Himalayan region.

The menu at Himali Bistro is a delightful mix of exciting flavors that are synonymous with the Himalayan area. While diners may recognize familiar spices commonly found in Indian cuisine , we encourage you to pay special attention to the robust taste of timur which comes from the Sichuan peppercorn as well as the distinctive flavor of mustard. These key ingredients add depth and complexity to the dishes creating a dining experience that is both memorable and satisfying.

Had the Momo, chilli chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala and a desert (I think Rasmalai?). It was all extremely good with great presentation. The naan is made from scratch to order and is also extremely tasty! They also seemed to have a lot of vegan options. I'm from Sri Lanka (very spicy food) and my wife is from Kansas (not spicy food) and we both thoroughly enjoyed the food. Highly recommend!

Achala Akuretiya
